TUITION & Policies

Enrollment

  • A non-refundable annual $50 registration fee and first month's tuition are due at registration.

  • Families who register before August will not be charged again until September.

  • Dancers enrolling in one recital class after August will incur a one-time pro-rated recital surcharge of $20 per month to catch up on recital fees that would have been included in their monthly tuition.

  • Dancers enrolling in a 2nd or 3rd recital class after August will be assessed a recital surcharge of $10 per month per class.

monthly Tuition fees

  • One Class = $90 per month

  • Two Classes = $150 per month

  • Three Classes = $190 per month

  • Four Classes = $220 per month

  • Five Classes = $250 per month

  • Six Classes = $280 per month

  • 7+ Classes (Unlimited Plan) = $310 per month

discounts

  • We offer a sibling discount of 15% per family toward monthly tuition.

  • Familes who pay annual tuition in full receive a 5% discount on tuition.

  • Discounts do not apply to registration fees, camps, auditions, RDC monthly fees, etc

recital fees

  • Tuition includes recital fees, a recital t-shirt, video link, and recital costumes for up to 3 classes.  Recital tickets are separate charges to Ticketmaster.

  • If a dancer chooses to perform in more than three recital dances, an $80 performance fee will be charged for each extra dance.

late payment
Tuition is based on an Aug-May enrollment period and is divided evenly over 10 months. This does not mean your child is committed to 10 months of dance. It does mean that tuition is charged at the same rate each month, whether it's a holiday month or a long month with 5 classes, rather than 4 classes. 
Attendance

  • Regular attendance is vital to student progress and group choreography.

  • Absences can be reported and make-ups can be scheduled in your parent portal.

  • Students who miss more than two of the final eight classes before recital may not be able to participate in the recital, at the discretion of the teacher.

Inclement Weather

  • We follow the Knox County school closings for morning classes.

  • The status of afternoon and evening classes will be announced by 1 PM through email, our app and Facebook/Instagram posts.

​

  • A $30 late fee will be automatically applied to unpaid accounts on the 15th of each month. 

  • Families who have a tuition balance at the end of the month must bring their account current before students can attend class the following month.

  • Families with 2 months of non-payment will be dismissed from the studio.

​

Class Drops & Changes

  • Students are not under contract and are free to drop at any point.

  • Drops and transfers must be handled by the studio. 

  • Drop requests must be requested in the parent portal or EMAILED before tuition runs on the 5th of each month.

  • Drop requests made AFTER tuition charges have run, but before the student's first class of the month meets, will incur a $10 administrative fee.

  • No refunds will be given for the current month after the student's first class of the month meets.

Communication

  • Email is our main form of communication. Please make sure you register with a "good" email.

  • If you have not received an email from us within the first month, please check your spam folder and contact us. 

  • Download the Revolution Dance app in the app store. 

  • Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for additional updates.

​

Recital Shows

  • Recital shows will take place the weekend of May 14th - 16th.

  • Each class will be in only one show.

  • Students enrolled in more than one class may be in more than one show.

  • Specific show and rehearsal assignments will be posted in the studio, on the website, and emailed to families in late winter/early spring.
